5bd92a3535 feat: 全面清除用户/AI可见的 opencode 痕迹

- system.ts 不再把真实 model id 喂给 LLM（修复"底层是opencode/big-pickle"）
- TUI 首页 tips、窗口标题、ACP 弹窗、命令提示文案全部 → zmo
- config schema URL → zmo.dev；配置路径提示 → ~/.config/zmo、.zmo/
- 发给各家 LLM API 的标识头(X-Title/Referer/Source/UA/originator)→ zmo
- 保留：opencode provider 路由id、@opencode-ai 包名、opencode.json/OPENCODE_* 兼容

- 8 个系统提示词 txt 的 "You are opencode/OpenCode" 改为 zmo，问"你是谁"答 zmo
- copilot-gpt-5 的 "Your name is" 同步改 zmo
- 更新机制(installation/index.ts)指向 helpLogin/zmo-cli：
  GitHub release API、install 脚本地址、.zmo/bin 路径检测、userAgent
  使以后发布的新版能更新到自有 zmo 版本，而非被覆盖回 opencode
- zenmux X-Title/Referer 改为 zmo 标识

b345dfcc50 rebrand: 将 opencode 改造为 zmo CLI 并隐藏非 CLI 命令 
为打造自有纯 CLI 产品 zmo（类 Claude Code），在保留上游同步能力的前提下做套壳改造：
- 入口隐藏 9 个非 CLI 命令（console/web/github/pr/stats/export/import/db/debug）
- 全面 rebrand：scriptName、Logo、配置目录(~/.config/zmo)、bin 名、构建产物、可见文案
- env 双读兼容（ZMO_* 优先，回退 OPENCODE_*），配置文件名新增 zmo.json
- 刻意保留 @opencode-ai/* 内部包名与 opencode provider，避免破坏功能与上游同步
